Biodegradable diapers. No landfill necessary.

gDiapers 100% biodegradable diaper gRefills are designed to keep your baby dry and happy. Because they are plastic-free, you can flush, compost or even toss them.

The planet will thank you too.

gDiapers biodegradable diaper gRefills are made of sustainably farmed wood fluff pulp, with sodium polyacrylate (SAP) for absorbency, and cellulose rayon. No plastic.

Biodegradable diaper gRefills come in packs of 40 (small) and 32 (medium/large), and you can order them by the case.

Where disposing is concerned, you have a choice with gDiapers. Our biodegradable diapers are plastic-free. And that’s a beautiful thing. You can flush, compost the wet ones or even toss them in the garbage. Everything that goes into making our biodegradable gRefills gets reabsorbed by the planet in a neutral or beneficial way. It’s very cool. And it’s why our eco-friendly diapers have earned Cradle-to-Cradle certification.

Two reasons to flush.

First, you’re putting poop where it belongs, down the toilet. Second, you’re sending the biodegradable gRefill to a place where it can still do some good. Once the contents of your diapers arrive at the wastewater treatment plant, valuable nutrients can be recovered and turned into biosolids, which are then used for fertilizer. So the gRefill is making a complete loop back to nature. And the planet just loves our green diapers when that happens. Learn how to flush biodegradable gRefills.

Why composting is good.

Believe it or not, there are beneficial nutrients in those wet flushable diaper refills. And the soil in your garden will love you for sharing the contents of your eco-friendly diapers. A wet refill breaks down in 50-150 days. Poopy ones should never go in the compost. The poop should always be flushed.

Tossing is OK, really.

It’s not the end of the world, honest. Because our gRefills are plastic-free, they will break down unlike disposables, which are made of plastic. They’ll sit in the landfill for up to 500 years. So, tossing the flushable diaper refill is ok, too. We simply ask that if you choose to toss instead of flush, please put the poop in the toilet.
