Do you offer any type of diaper trial? TOP
Yes we do! Our 21 day diaper trial is a wonderful way to determine which type of diaper will work best for you and your family before you commit! The trial works like this: For a $150 deposit, we will provide you with several of our most popular cloth diapers and accessories to take home and use for three weeks. At the end of your three week trial, simply return the diapers that you do not want and receive a store credit for the remaining amount of your deposit! (Less a $15 trail and set up fee)
It's that easy! Then you can use your store credit to purchase whatever diapers you liked the most. If you decided not to cloth diaper, that's okay too; feel free to spend your store credit on anything we offer including classes and playgroups! Your credit will never expire! We offer FREE Shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. All orders are shipped via US Mail or United Parcel Service. Please email or contact us for shipping rates if you live outside the US.
Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents:

When do Items ship? TOP
All in stock items are shipped out the within the next two business days via UPS or United Parcel Service.
We work very hard to keep all of our stock information correct and up to date. Rarely, if an item is out of stock, we will notifiy you with an email and will work to get you that item as soon as possible. What is your return policy? TOP
We will gladly accept any item returned within 30 days of original purchase with a valid receipt.
Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. This includes being free from any odor, smoke, perfume, lint etc. Items must include orginal tags and packaging (if applicable). Items must also be in orginal packaging.
Refund will be given in the same form as orginal payment with receipt.
You must call or email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be approved before shipping your return to us. You will receive an email notification when your request has been approved including your RMA number and return instructions.
After obtaining your RMA number, please send your package, along with a copy of your original receipt, to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable.Cutie Poops and Bottoms is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
You will receive an email indicating your package has been received and your return processed.
If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. If you opted for store credit, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
How do I register for a class? TOP
Registering for a class is easy! You can either sign up at the store, call us to reserve your spot, or register online. Just go to the "classes" tab. Would you be interested in carrying an item I make? TOP
We are always looking to carry new items in our store, and we love the WAHM (Work at home mom). If you have an item you would like to submit, please email sherri@cutiepoopsandbottoms.com with the following information:
- Description of your product
- Photos of your product
- Website or Facebook information (if available)
- Line sheet with wholesale prices
If we like a product we would like to carry, we will usually do a trial run for 60 days on consignment to determine if it will be a popular seller. After the trial period, if we decide to carry the new items, we will switch to a wholesale position.
Please note * due to the amount of requests we receive, it may take up to 3 weeks to hear a response back from us. Can I host an event in your space? TOP
Yes you can! We have a large classroom at our location that can be rented out for all kinds of events. Currently, you can host an intimate baby shower, have a private diaper party or hold a meeting or seminar in our space. Great ideas would be for a scrapbooking party, book-club meeting, or moms club.
The classroom is approximately 16x32 and there is a large wipe-board, television, dvd player and cd player for your use. We also have several 8 foot tables and chairs.
