Learn what you need to know to have a successful breastfeeding experience. This comprehensive two/two and a half hour class will go over the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing for and initiating breastfeeding, the basics of milk production, the signs of a proper latch, nursing positions, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, knowing when to get help, going back to work, nighttime feedings, and little known facts about breastfeeding. This class will also integrate videos and a question and answer session.
